Liam from Colonial Lock Service was professional, efficient, and courteous. As a senior citizen and a veteran, I cannot express how much it means to be treated with genuine respect by someone providing an essential service. I called Colonial Lock Service at 11:00 a.m., and by 3:30 p.m. the very same day, Liam had completed the job of replacing two locks and providing four new keys. The service was prompt, the workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was hassle-free. Colonial Lock Service is an outstanding company to work with. They provide exceptional customer service, employ quality professionals like Liam, and offer fair and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of locksmith services. Five stars all the way!

Brian, Colonial Lock Technician, repaired an early 1900's lock at my daughter's apartment entrance door that had been inoperable for many years. He replaced the the key cylinder, aligned the the jamb plate with this old lock's latch and dead bolt and keyed this old lock with the same key that was being used on the newer working door lock. By repairing this old lock, Brian was able to immeasurably enhance the security to my daughter's apartment. Brian is an excellent representative for Colonial Lock and should be commended and rewarded for same. This outcome far exceeded our expectations.

Moved into new home in Eldersburg and wanted all locks changed with a single key. Called for a quote today - the quote was reasonable so asked to schedule the work. As there was an opening in the afternoon, Lee came down and competed the work in short order and for less than the quote was. Superb service and work.

We visited Colonial Lock office and got excellent professional advice from Gerald and Dave. We bought a new lock for our front door. We called the following day asking for help to install the new lock.A great service technician arrived within 2 hours. We highly recommend Colonial Lock Service of Westminster Dieter Langendorf

I have used Colonial Lock several times. Twice in the last two days. The employees who work there, are awesome. Family owned business where everyone is helpful, and no one ever has an attitude. Increasingly hard to find these days. They are incredibly knowledgable, and beyond helpful, with incredibly fair pricing. They sucessfully made several spare keys for my almost 20yo Suzuki. Of which is impossible at Lowes, or H.Depot. As their key computers no longer even have Suzuki in them, hahaha. I have tried in the past, at 3-5 other establishments. All were unable to make keys would actually work in the ignition. Til yesterday, at Colonial! I went in today for a spare key to my F150, & I got a key w/ fob & remote, for less than $150 ! It would have been upwards of $400 at any Ford dealer. I will continue to go to Colonial for any key or lock needs, that I have in the future. Highly recommend Colonial !!
